Due to the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, all employers are required to make arrangements to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they become ill or injured at work.
This qualification is designed for those who have a responsibility at work to provide aid in a range of emergency first aid situations such as managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR and wounds.
This qualification has been designed within the lines of the current Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). It is ideal for those who have gained a level 2 or 3 childcare qualification and have entered into an early years setting, or parents, guardians and grandparents who want to learn key paediatric first aid skills.
On this course, you will develop the skills and knowledge you need to be able to deal with a range of emergency situations including choking, seizures, external bleeding and more.
This qualification has been designed for those who have an interest or responsibility at work, or in voluntary and community activities to provide BLS. These emergency situations may also involve using an AED.
This is a half day course where learners will develop the skills and knowledge to administer effective CPR and use an AED.
With this qualification you will learn the skills and knowledge to deal with a range of emergency first aid situations that can arise in adults and children whilst taking part in outdoor activities. These include sports, swimming, hiking and more.
You can develop your skills in BLS and the management of anaphylaxis, a type of severe allergic reaction. The content of this course has been approved by the Anaphylaxis Campaign.
This annual refresher course will leave you with renewed confidence having had the opportunity to practice all the essential first aid procedures.
